Welcome to I Love Thailand Tour! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Company Information
I Love Thailand Tour is a local tour guide service company located in Thailand. Our goal is to provide exceptional tour guide services to international travellers visiting Thailand.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment for our services must be made in advance using PayPal. We do not accept any other forms of payment.
2.2 The payment includes the cost of the tour, as mentioned in the tour description and insurance coverage, but excluding 5% PayPal fee. There are no additional charges except for the PayPal fee.
3. Pricing
3.1 Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive. The quoted price for our services includes the cost of the tour as mentioned in the tour description and insurance coverage. Please note that we charge additional 5% of the total price for the PayPal fee.
3.2 We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. However, any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email or through our website.
4.2 For cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled tour, a full refund will be provided.
4.3 Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a 50% refund.
4.4 Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.
4.5 In the event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 While we take every precaution to ensure your safety during our tours, I Love Thailand Tour will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that may occur during the tour.
5.2 We strongly recommend that all participants have their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and videos, on our website and promotional materials, is the property of I Love Thailand Tour and is protected by copyright laws.
6.2 You are not permitted to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website or promotional materials without our prior written consent.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
7.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
8. Amendments
8.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2 By continuing to use our services after any modifications or updates, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
